Our role
Sendero is a coordination company. We help you research options, plan logistics, and connect with vetted providers. We are not a hospital, clinic, medical group, telehealth service, or insurance carrier.
The role of independent providers
All medical, dental, aesthetic, longevity, diagnostic, and wellness services are delivered by independent providers licensed to practice in Mexico. Each provider is solely responsible for their own clinical judgment, treatment decisions, informed consent, documentation, and outcomes. Your clinical relationship — and any medical records that result from it — is with that provider, not with Sendero.
No medical advice
Nothing on this website, in our communications, or in any itinerary constitutes medical advice. Information we share about programs, providers, or treatments is educational. Always consult a qualified clinician about your individual circumstances before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment.
Regenerative and stem cell therapies
Stem cell, exosome, PRP, and other regenerative or biologic therapies referenced on this site are delivered by independent licensed providers in Mexico. These therapies are not FDA-evaluated in the United States. Individual outcomes vary significantly, and no treatment is guaranteed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Sendero does not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for any specific clinical outcome.
Provider vetting
Before we introduce a provider, we review credentials, training, professional affiliations, facility quality, malpractice coverage, English-language capability, and time in practice. Vetting reflects information available to us at a point in time and is not a guarantee of any clinical outcome.
Emergencies
Sendero is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call local emergency services immediately or go to the nearest hospital.
Compensation disclosure
Sendero may receive coordination fees from clients and, in some cases, referral compensation from provider partners. We disclose the nature of these arrangements on request and only introduce providers we would be comfortable referring a family member to.
