Terms of Use.
These terms govern your use of the Sendero Medical Concierge website and our coordination services. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these terms.

Services we provide
Sendero Medical Concierge coordinates travel, hospitality, and introductions to independently licensed providers in Los Cabos, Mexico. Specific deliverables, fees, payment terms, and cancellation policies for engaged work are set out in our Services Agreement.
Not a medical provider
Sendero does not practice medicine and does not provide medical advice. Clinical services are delivered by independent providers. See our Clinical Disclosure for details.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to engage our services or submit a screening form. By submitting information, you confirm it is accurate and that you have authority to share it.
Quotes, payments, and changes
Quotes reflect provider, hotel, and logistics pricing available at the time of issuance and may change if third-party rates change or if your itinerary is modified. Payment, refund, and cancellation terms are set out at the time of booking and in the Services Agreement.
Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to misuse this site — including by attempting to access accounts that are not yours, probing for vulnerabilities, scraping at volume, or using the site to send unlawful content. All site content is the property of Sendero or its licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
Third-party providers
We do not control independent providers, hotels, transportation companies, or other third parties we coordinate with. Their services are governed by their own terms, and any disputes arising from their performance are between you and them, though we will assist with coordination in good faith.
Liability allocation
Sendero is a referral and coordination party only. We introduce you to independently licensed providers and help arrange logistics, but we do not deliver medical, dental, aesthetic, or wellness services ourselves. If a partner provider makes an error, delivers substandard care, or causes a loss related to their clinical or professional services, your claim lies with that provider, not with Sendero.
Our responsibility is limited to coordinating introductions and logistics in good faith and to using reasonable care in vetting and selecting the providers we introduce. We do not guarantee any treatment outcome, recovery timeline, or standard of care delivered by a third party.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and our coordination services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for clinical outcomes delivered by independent providers.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
