Scope of this Notice

This Notice applies to all users of Sendero Medical Concierge websites, communications, proposals, itineraries, consultations, and coordination services.

Nature of Sendero Services

Sendero Medical Concierge is a coordination and facilitation company. We assist clients with planning, scheduling, provider introductions, travel coordination, accommodation arrangements, and logistical support related to independent third-party providers.

Sendero Medical Concierge does not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical services. All medical, wellness, aesthetic, and longevity services are provided exclusively by independent licensed providers.

Independent Providers

All physicians, clinics, hospitals, wellness centers, laboratories, recovery facilities, transportation providers, and accommodation providers coordinated through Sendero Medical Concierge operate as independent third parties.

These providers are solely responsible for:

• Clinical evaluations and recommendations
• Treatment decisions and procedures
• Medical care and follow-up
• Patient records
• Outcomes and results

Sendero Medical Concierge does not supervise, control, employ, or direct the clinical judgment or medical practice of any provider.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Medical, wellness, aesthetic, and longevity services involve individual variation and inherent risk. Sendero Medical Concierge does not guarantee medical outcomes, treatment results, or clinical success. All decisions regarding care are made directly between the client and the selected provider.

International Healthcare Considerations

Clients traveling internationally for care acknowledge that healthcare systems, regulations, licensing requirements, and standards of practice vary by country. Medical services performed in Mexico are governed by the laws and regulations of Mexico, and not necessarily those of the client's country of residence.

Clients are encouraged to consult with appropriate professionals regarding international healthcare considerations prior to receiving services.

Travel Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all travel requirements, including but not limited to:

• Passport validity
• Visa or entry requirements
• Travel insurance (where applicable)
• Immigration and customs regulations
• Health and vaccination requirements

Clients are also responsible for determining whether they are medically fit to travel.

Medication and Customs Compliance

Clients traveling with medications are responsible for complying with all applicable import and customs regulations in both their country of departure and destination. Certain medications may require prescriptions, physician documentation, or customs declarations.

Sendero Medical Concierge is not responsible for delays, confiscation, or legal issues arising from non-compliance with such regulations.

Third-Party Services

In some cases, Sendero Medical Concierge may coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, laboratory, or related services through independent third-party vendors. Sendero Medical Concierge does not own, operate, or control these third-party providers and is not responsible for their actions, performance, policies, or availability.

Personal Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own conduct, decisions, safety, and activities during travel. Sendero Medical Concierge is not responsible for events occurring outside of scheduled coordination services.

Good Faith Coordination

Sendero Medical Concierge provides coordination services in good faith and makes reasonable efforts to facilitate seamless communication between clients and providers. However, due to the involvement of independent third parties and international travel logistics, delays, changes, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Sendero Medical Concierge does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free coordination outcomes.
