Client investments are generally divided into three categories:
1. Coordination & Concierge Services (Sendero Fee)
This portion covers Sendero Medical Concierge services, including:
- Personalized care planning
- Provider identification and introductions
- Scheduling and coordination
- Travel planning and logistics support
- Communication and case management
- Pre-arrival and on-ground coordination
This fee represents Sendero's professional service and operational expertise.
2. Travel & Accommodation Costs (Third-Party Services)
This portion includes estimated or actual costs for:
- Hotels, villas, or residences
- Airport transfers and transportation
- Local travel logistics
- Booking-related administrative coordination
These services are provided by independent third-party vendors. Sendero Medical Concierge does not own or operate accommodations or transportation services.
3. Medical & Wellness Provider Fees (Third-Party Services)
This portion includes fees charged directly by independent providers, such as:
- Physicians and surgeons
- Clinics and hospitals
- Diagnostic laboratories
- Wellness and recovery centers
These fees are determined by the provider and may vary based on case complexity, availability, and treatment plan.
2. What Is Included in Sendero Fees
Sendero Medical Concierge fees include the coordination and facilitation of:
- Multi-provider scheduling
- Travel alignment with care plans
- Case organization and itinerary design
- Client communication and support
- Logistics coordination before and during travel
Sendero does not charge for medical services, procedures, or clinical care.
3. Optional Affiliate & Referral Relationships
Sendero Medical Concierge may receive compensation in the form of:
- Affiliate commissions
- Referral fees
- Preferred partner arrangements
These may apply to services such as travel insurance, accommodations, or optional third-party experiences. Such relationships do not increase the cost to the client and are disclosed in accordance with transparency standards.
